Shekar Khosla

Shekar Khosla is the vice president of marketing at Google India. He began his career as a management trainee at Unilever, where he spent over two decades in senior sales and marketing roles, rising to become vice president of the skincare business across Southeast Asia, Northeast Asia, Australasia and the global Ponds cleanser portfolio.
Prior to joining Google India in 2023, Khosla served as chief commercial officer at Kellogg's Asia Pacific headquarters in Singapore, overseeing the Asia Pacific, Africa and Middle East regions, while also serving as a board member of Kellogg's joint ventures. In this role, he led the company's commercial organisation and drove the digital transformation of sales, marketing, revenue management, media, consumer insights and data analytics.
Beyond his corporate leadership roles, Khosla has also contributed to the marketing industry as chair of judges for the WARC Asia Strategy Awards.
